The air quality sensor requires a warm-up period to establish a baseline. On first use this takes 20–60 minutes. After the initial calibration is saved, subsequent connections will be accurate within seconds.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that you have granted the app Bluetooth permissions in your device settings. Try powering the sensor off and on. If the problem persists, force-close the app and reopen it, then attempt to connect again.
Green indicates good air quality. Yellow indicates moderate air quality and that you may want to ventilate the space. Red indicates poor air quality and that action is recommended. A slow blue pulse means the device is waiting to be paired.
Tap the History tab in the app to view daily, weekly, and monthly averages. Data is stored locally on your device and in the cloud once you are signed in.
Yes. Your personal air quality data is tied to your account and is never shared with third parties. The app does contribute anonymized, aggregated readings to an environmental dataset — these records contain no personally identifying information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. For more information, visit our Account Deletion page.
Sign-in links expire after a short period for security. Return to the app's sign-in screen and request a new magic link. Make sure to open the link on the same device where you requested it.
